The prices are per day with an occupancy of 4 persons and a minimum booking of 7 nights.
The surcharge for each additional person in the apartment is seasonal and amounts to between 25,00 – 55,00 per day.
On some dates, short-term surcharges may apply for bookings of less than 5 nights.

Our cancellation policy

ATTENTION: Changed cancellation conditions for summer 2023

FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL! 

If an arrival is due to legal regulation not possible, like for example a border closure, a free cancellation is of course possible.

We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.
This would have unforeseen events such as Holiday cancellation, no-show, etc. covered.
In case of early departure, the total amount of the booking will be invoiced.
For a booking cancellation up to 31 days before arrival we do not charge a cancellation fee
35-21 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
20-  4 days before arrival: 75% of the total price 
  3 - 1  day before arrival: 90% of the total price
No Show: 100% of the total price
